How do I return an item?

We accept returns for any faulty merchandise. We also accept returns for any personalization / engraving errors that are the result of our error. We will reimburse shipping costs for both faulty merchandise and for our errors.

If your return is for dissatisfaction with the product is for any reason other than faulty merchandise or our error you must contact us, via phone or email, to state the reason for the return. Generally shipping costs for returns for dissatisfaction other than faulty merchandise or our error are the customer's responsibility. We will, however, consider full reimbursement where a customer considers the merchandise to have been misrepresented and will afford a full refund, including shipping, if such misrepresentation is in any way significant or makes the product useless to the customer. Please state your reasons and note that email is preferred.
